Therapy is offered in person, by phone and via a secure site. It is important to acknowledge that life can get busy at times making it difficult to connect to your therapist in person. If that is your situation, consider taking advantage of online counselling. I offer this through a very secure and confidential web-site.
I offer a free 15 minute no obligation, phone consultation.
It will give us an opportunity to get to know one another and discuss how my services may help you.
The most important element of starting any counselling program is to make a connection with your therapist. This is called a “therapeutic alliance” and is the basis for having a good working relationship with your chosen therapist/counsellor. Take advantage of a free, non obligatory, 15 minute phone consultation to make sure that I am the right fit for your needs. I am confident that I can help.
Sometimes certain words and thoughts become loaded with meaning and we feel trapped with the negative emotions linked with them. However there are different ways of unhooking yourself and mindfully observe those thoughts as a bunch of words in your mind and ultimately reduce the consequential negative emotions.
You can expereince this when you go through the process.
